If you are registering under these categories, you must provide proof of your status in order to grant you the reduced registration fee. A letter from your immediate supervisor or ID must be submitted in English. The letter can be uploaded directly from your registration profile while completing your registration application, under the ‘Student or Resident Validation’ module.
The Congress 2019 is recruiting for volunteers. Do you want to do something satisfying and serve the Podiatry community? Then become a World Congress of Podiatry Volunteer! For additional information access the Student-Volunteer-Application-Form located under the Registration tab.Registration to the Congress workshops is required. While there is no additional fee to attend the workshops, space is limited and will be honored on a first come first reserved basis. Once the workshops fill up, the workshop will no longer be open to accept additional registration, on the day of the workshop you come to the room to wait on standby.
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. Cancellation requests received on or before this date will be refunded less the 25% of the cost of the registration, and the refund will be processed after the Congress. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices/requests received after September 2, 2019. No refunds apply for no-shows.
Please note that invitation letters for Visa purposes can only be issued to delegates who have successfully paid their registration fees. You will be able to print your invitation letter from your profile dashboard once you successfully registered and paid your registration fees.
We strongly recommend to allow sufficient time to apply for the visa. FIP 2019 Secretariat will not be held liable for any failed visa applications. Should your Visa be declined, we will refund you the registration fees you have paid (less US$50 administration charge) when submitting document proof of visa denial. Delegates must apply for a visa with the U.S. embassy (consular division) or a U.S. consulate with ample time for processing. VISA WAIVER PROGRAM COUNTRIES. Who is eligible to submit an application? All eligible international travelers who wish to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization. You are eligible to apply for admission under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) if you are a citizen or national of one of the Visa Waiver Program countries listed below. Group registration is available for groups of fifteen (15) or more. There are no special group registration fees or discounts. One group manager must be designated as the point of contact.
Full payment must be received by the applicable registration deadline in order to receive the appropriate registration rate. Upon receipt of your group registration, the Congress Registration Department will send you an excel sheet template with which you can communicate the details of your group members.
