INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please complete the following form and we will issue you an official invoice. Full Payment (100%) must be received within 30 days of receiving your Invoice.
  • Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The floor plan printed in the Exhibitor Manual may be altered after the 2019 applications are received.
  • Booth Prices (All Single Booths are 10’ x 10’ (3m x 3m) unless noted otherwise on Exhibit Hall map.
  • Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and Master Card only) or via check in US dollars and made payable to Quality Meetings Inc.

CANCELLATION

  • 25% of total sponsorship/exhibit cost will be retained upon confirmation of sponsorship items/exhibit space.
  • Cancellations in writing received on or after Friday, May 10, 2019, will receive 50% refund of total sponsorship cost.
  • Cancellations in writing received on or after Friday, July 19, 2019, will receive 25% refund of total sponsorship cost.
  • In the event of cancellation by the company after Friday, October 4, 2019, the company shall be liable for 100% of the total sponsorship cost.
